Mushroom Kingdom uʍop ǝpısdn is something I completed back in February of this year to sell as an NFT on OpenSea. It got a lot of views and likes on socials when I first posted it, but the listing expired before it sold and I don’t know if I’ll be messing with any of that anymore. The upside-down Kingdom will make its way to prints along with Breakfast Friends and a few of the other paintings in my art section. I think the things contained therein are parody enough to avoid the DMCA hammer and other such legal maladies. If not, the folks at Penny Arcade demonstrated exactly how to handle things if you get a takedown notice, as they took down the comic at issue but made this comic in response to such an issue with Hallmark.
Zelda still occupies much of the mental space I have reserved for gaming and will for some time, I may have to create more Zelda-related art for this place and Twitch. Streaming from my Steam Deck is most definitely a possibility, but I haven’t seen how OBS or XSplit will impact performance. Ripping and tearing through Doom Eternal on high graphics runs marvelously on the deck, and it’s smooth and buttery enough that I can do so on Nightmare without issue. It can bump up the graphics higher than that, but the frame rate gets a little choppy for my taste.
Today I’ll be pumping out two new comics, I’m trying to build up a reserve of new stuff so I can set up auto-posts to take care of things when I’m traveling into the wild green yonder. One of the new ones will arrive here on Friday, and the other will be taken away by the treasure goblin for safekeeping. The time lapses have been figured out, tonight we are attending a game of le hockey but I will put together one manana from my most recent Let’s Draw. That’s enough of this for now, peace oot. (ે෴ۜ)
